1. Who's your favorite musical artist?
Dave Barnes was born in South Carolina in 1978. He is the son of a pastor who relocated his family to Kosciusko, Mississippi, just as Dave turned six years old. The Barnes family then moved to Knoxville, Tennessee the summer before Dave's junior year in high school.

4. If you could meet anyone (alive or dead), who would it be and what is the most interesting thing about them?
Dead~Princess Diana... I've loved her since that early morning as a child when I got up to watch her whole wedding day events on tv.
Alive~Billy Graham..He's awesome!
5. What did you want to be when you grew up?
Married! with 2 kids, a boy and a girl and live in a little cozy home with a white picket fence on Elm Street in a place that gets lots of snow like in the pictures Thomas Kinkade paints.
6. What is the most interesting piece of trivia you know?
The Isle of Palms was originally named Hunting Island and then Long Island, it's thought to be at least 25,000 years old, and was first inhabited by the indigenous Seewee Indians.
7. If you could live in any point of history, what would it be and why?
It would have to be in the 1840s. I love history but I would want to live on a plantation in Charleston. I love the movie "The North and the South that was filmed there. I have pictures of Patrick Swazie, Kirsty Alley to name a few. I watched them film some of the movie while I lived there.
8. What is the most interesting job you have ever held?
Real estate is the most interesting, but the most fun was when I worked at Belk and sold Clinique Cosmetics in N. Charleston and also Keihl's skincare products at the Belk here in Greenville.
