Repeat clients say a lot about you!

I love when a client comes back to use you again as it is a statement about your service and the quality of your work. This year I have had several clients use me for a second time or in the case of one client several times this year. Investors, I never know when they will call. We had just wrapped up a rental of a property they had been trying to sell and we rented to a potential previous buyer whose finances had got a little sidetracked due to the coronavirus situation.

 

So, I was surprised when they called on the morning if July 4th with a new listing for this week. This will be the 4th home this year I am listing for them, so I think it says something about my service and level of aptitude that they keep using me more than anything else I could say or do.

 

This home will be a newly renovated end unit in Folcroft, 3 beds 2 baths with an attached 1 car garage. Located on an over sized lot, it is in one of the most desirable streets in Delmar Village area. Listed as a coming soon listing in the MLS I already had a call yesterday afternoon asking when they can get in to see it. I explained some final work is being done on the home, and we are waiting for some appliances to be delivered and photos to be taken so later this week is what I am hoping.

 

So, hopefully I will be able to show you what a great job they did on the main floor opening it all up and giving it a nice bright finish. This will be a great home for some lucky buyer.
