SPECIAL NOTE:

These listings are on the far southwest side of my territory. Approximately 1 hour away from West Sedona. The entire process took a whole day. From the start of the drive to completing the process of the video, creating the post and sending it to my clients located in another state. There is a dragster and a trailer involved and the property needs to accommodate both items. The first listing is the home of a retired 97-year-old doctor who is also a Marine Veteran.  He ticks two different Hero boxes for me! I was sitting here thinking one of the silver-linings to the time we are living with, during this pandemic, is the fact we are connected to the internet.  Had Covid-19 hit when I was first licensed in 1981, we would have been up the creek without a paddle.  There were certainly no virtual showings back then.  Perhaps only a few snapshots!
