First the location of your home is going to be a main reason of how to determine its value. Yes they will look at homes currently on the market, but the ones that sold, or have not sold are more important. A kitchen sink filled with dirty dishes, unmade beds, or wet towels on the bathroom floor are going to be noticed by the buyers. Your house need not be the most updated one in the neighborhood, but you must present in a way that will allow the buyer to picture themselves living there so that they leave your house with a smile.
