Tips for selling new Homes!

Before you visit a community's with your clients you should visit the site first and wall the models and also know the area from shopping and schools in the area.   Always good to do the leg work first.

Register your clients with you the first time there for sure at all builders you are looking at to cover your   (you know what)

Get to know the sales staff, they can help you so much and if they know you that is a big benefit.

Get to know the lender that the builder is working with, they can help the process go so much easier.

The more you know about the builder the better.

Hi Will Hamm all agents, back in the day when agents did not have technology to make life easy for them, would preview the property so they knew if it could be a possibility for the buyer and it was always easy to show a property you've seen before...

One important tip I would give about buying a new home, always get a home and roof inspection. I know there is generally a one year warranty. My reason for stating this, the last time I was selling many new homes quite a few years ago, there were about 10% of the roofs in one subdivision not installed properly. cheers cvc
