The Cubs are doing great, I'm not ready to get excited yet though. Their long history of choking at the last minute has me skeptical. But the reason I brought this up is because I was told by a real estate agent a theory that if the Cubs win the World Series it will bring Chicagoland real estate prices up. It sounds improbable as I don't recall prices going up when the Sox won, but the Cubs could be a different story. I don't know about this theory, but I'm open to what others think.

Even though I am a Mets fan I would not mind seeing a Cubs - Red Sox series. Those two great ballparks and historic teams would be fun to watch.
