Airbnb Property For Sale in Palm Springs

If you've been looking for an investment property in Palm Springs, you've probably hit a few road blocks along the way. Especially if you want a property that will work for an Airbnb where you can legally rent the property for less than 30 days. The majority of communities in the Coachella Valley have HOA's and in addition, the majority of cities don't want these type of properties in their neighborhood.
This is where a specialist like my wife and I come to the rescue. We have our own investment properties we use for Airbnb so we're familiar with how the platform works and what guests look for when they are booking a place to stay.

In the Coachella Valley, we know some of the best neighborhoods to look for properties that will allow for less than 30 day rentals. We've worked with multiple investors and have found properties for them that are producing more income than they even thought possible.
If you want to focus on rentals less than 30 days, the best cities to look in are Palm Springs, La Quinta, and Indio, in my opinion. There are pockets in Palm Desert where 30 days or less are allowed but you need to know where these are.
Hovley Palms is one neighborhood in Palm Desert that allows rentals less than 30 days - 40557 Diamondback Drive is currently for sale, asking price is $549,000. Some condos in Desert Falls Country Club allow short term rentals - less than 30 days. 348 Vista Royale Drive is currently for sale, asking price is $269,000.
Indian Palms Country Club is a club that has always been popular with snowbirds from all over the world. Another perk of this community is that it is within walking distance to the Polo Fields, which is were the Coachella Musical & Arts and the Stagecoach Country Musical festivals are held each year.
One secret that a lot of investors don't know about the Coachella Valley is that you don't have to rely soley on short term rentals (less than 30 days.) There are also plenty of opportunities on properties that perform well with snowbirds. Snowboards are less wear and tear on your property and they will pay security deposits and the total rent due up-front. Typically snowbirds will pay up-front for 3, 4, and even 6 months on seasonal rentals.
Lets discuss your personal goals and we will help you find that perfect property for your goals!
