Endre Barath, Jr. - On a side note, I went back to check my website.  OPPS! I did have to put in the price.  Thank you for catching that "small detail". Ha Ha!  The home next door was just pulled off the market because the grandkids were very upset.  It was on market for $1,700,000.  It is 4000 SF but no pool.

Here is a major improvement that the owner personally worked on.  This wall goes around both street sides of the property.  The wall is hand-stacked stone and they also did this to the culverts to eliminate erosion. It is a 2.5-acre corner lot!
