I would like to thank you for sharing your information. It would be interesting to see how this pandemic will impact real estate. Hopefully, the impact will not create a real estate depression. Will have to wait and see.

Hi Troy Erickson AZ Realtor (602) 295-6807, thank you for sharing this report on future home prices. Low inventory is certainly a factor in the market. We'll need to see how well the pandemic is under control into the late summer and fall. Also, there is the deadline for Congress to renew unemployment benefits later this month.

The pandemic is certainly going to play into our economy, and the housing market, until we can get it under control.
