Sacramento Listing and Sales Statistics for June 2020

Sacramento County experienced a -37.4% decrease in number of homes listed FOR SALE in June 2020 vs. the same month a year ago.  For the same period there was a -7.7% decrease in the percentage of homes SOLD.  Pending sales increased 17.6%.  
Interest rates continue to remain reasonably low. It's a GREAT time to buy for those who are finding suitable homes!
