You will find the neighborhood of Sorrel Ranch off Aurora Parkway and Alexander in Aurora CO 80016. Lennar built the first homes, then Meritage, and now Richmond Homes and LoKal are building brand new homes. Meritage is known for building energy-efficient homes.
