This Week...Testing Our Patience
I only re-post two types of "other people's posts":
1. Great info more need to experience and learn from.
2. Something that moved me and I want to share and inspire others with.
Today I feature both in this simple, yet elegant train of thought
and it was offered by (no surprise) our very own Kathy Streib
I needed to take a couple pauses this week to regain patience and perspective,
to breathe in from the nose and breathe out from the mouth (Namaste).
Kathy's post was a great reminder with quotes like this:
Patience is not the ability to wait, but the ability to keep a good attitude while waiting. Anonymous.

This Week...Testing Our Patience
Our patience has truly been tested this year, hasn’t it?! This week with numbers increasing in many areas, many of us have hesitated going out. And, that’s just the temperatures! As I write this it’s 97 degrees out with a “feel like” temp of 108!
Patience is the art of hoping. Luc de Clapiers
Texas’ numbers have been on the increase for the virus as well. With our attempt at reopening the state, some people acted as if there never was a virus or that they didn’t care if they got it.
Patience is not the ability to wait, but the ability to keep a good attitude while waiting. Anonymous.
And then there is the well of patience we’ve had to draw from while this site is down. What I know is that I can’t control what happens regarding the site but I can control what I do and my own attitude.
Patience, common sense, and personal responsibility...good tools we all have within us. Time to use them.
Abused patience turns to fury. Thomas Fuller
