Where oh where are you right now...

why have you left my June all alone? 

I've searched this site over and still cannot find you...Mike McCann Always Searching for the Best Deal out there!!

I came back to the AR ...and ...POOF...you were gone!

 

OH...why oh why...won't you come back home? 

My other points think you blew away in a thunderstorm...

Tech said they found you on Monday and that soon one day...

You'd be back here with us and the problem would slowly be gone.

I am still hopeful that the June posts will come back, this experience has definitely lead me to think about whether it is worthwhile to participate in the Rain or not.  The site continues to be difficult to navigate because it is so slow.

Go write that and share you disdain on it...not here.

Brian England The June fiasco is far more complicated than lost posts.  See Dario Ferreria's detailed tech explanation in my Q&A earlier this week about two blogs whose id #s were reassigned to other members.  This presents legal liability issues for mgt. who have been silent two weeks.  Yet some freebie 500k+ers  (not you) who are home free in their freebie status are almost glib not dealing with the reality of an unsafe, unstable platform financed by the under 500k points members.  Having worked in learning and development for years before RE, I often praised the education and networking here but now it's time to call out the sham and silence of mgt. The under 500K points members took the brunt of the disaster, and they paid $199 annually to take it. Has mgt. assured that the points will be restored one way or another? Or suggest compensation for those who paid to lose their progress, time, content, points, blogs, even their blog id# ursl?  The under 500k are financing a glorified social network and a deteriorating blog platform, the core AR business that used to be top notch, the best in the industry.  Now mgt. refuses to support it while investing plenty to launch and hawk a CRM and wealth building seminar to further monetize members already paying for a progressively decaying site.

Good afternoon Mike McCann,  Good for you to be out there mountain climbing.  I like to hike, but mountain climbing not so much!  lol  In high school I repelled once, the jumping over the cliff was scary, but loved it after that first jump.... kinda like so many things in life!  Have a great day, and keep singing!!! :)

That seems to be technology for you.  One day it's there and the next....  Yet we still keep going on.  All of the posts for me (over 40) and the points (around 30,000) are just gone like everybody else's for the month.  Life goes on.

I am glad the site is up and going well.  I give at least one hoot about the points though!! 

I do not have near the number of  points as many of you have and in all honesty...I scratch my head as to how you have time to garner so many points and still share time with family and earn a living?

I am not, however going to pay one of my hoots to find out...heck...I do not know how many hoots I even have...I know I have a jar of plugged nickels though!   Thanks Tammy for stopping by!!

Hi Debra Leisek That particular rock is in Colorado off of Shelf road. Not a lot of tall rocks in Nebraska that can be climbed.  My son has been to Kansas rock climbing though!Shelf Road, CO Rock Climbing Mike McCann
