Having a good time ??

By
Services for Real Estate Pros with United Country - Beloit Auction & Realty Inc.

If you are in the real estate community, and you must be or you wouldn't be reading this, having a good time right now is just making a living. We are seeing a lot more sellers and fewer and fewer buyers at our real estate auctions. The great thing about auctions is you only need two bidders to still get you to market value....which we all know by now is something we don't know. If you haven't tried auctions as one of your marketing tools and have property anywhere in the country that needs a fresh look at it, we will be conducting a mega-property ballroom style auction in Chicago on September 6th and for a very low entry fee you can get your clients' property into that auction with multiple bidders. Thanks

I have been a bit curious about auctions but haven't looked far into them.

Real Estate Auctions

Hi Christine and anyone else wondering about this topic:

If you are a traditional real estate agent and haven't looked into the prospect of having a professional real estate auctioneer work with you, you really are missing the boat. Real estate auctions work in bad times and they work even better in good times. Can you imagine standing in a formal dining room, great room, overlooking the golf course, or whereever you decide to hold the auction and having 5-25 people with checks in their hands waiting to bid on your clients property. Not only do you really look good to your client ---who almost always thinks you are doing NOTHING to get their home sold----but you you look really progressive to all the buyers that have showed up. One of the real pluses is that only one of these people will be the high bidder and tyou have now developed a whole new buyer pool with ready money. AND THIS HAPPENS AT EVERY AUCTION SO MAKE SURE YOU CULTIVATE IT.
