I am asked often about the different tasks that can be outsourced to a Virtaul Assistant (VA) for Real Estate.  So that's what we're going to go over today.

ISA's (Inside Sales Agents) can be extremely helpful in making the real estate agent successful and to help propel their business to another level.  They prospect for new business, otherwise kwown as telemarking.  This is for some and not others.  For those that are looking, not only can they make outbound calls, but they can take inbound calls too from many sources of your advertising like signs, Internet or other prospecting ways.  

Using a VA (Virtual Assistant) can help you to progress to another level. Many times VA's from the Phillipines (who I prefer) can actually have no accent and make calls for you so that you can go out on listing appointments. 

They can also be very helpful to you in taking care of all the paperwork that is needed to make a deal happen so that you don't have to.

These VA's can also be used for posting properties on different social mediums as well as creating flyers and videos for you.  After all, many times doing these things is not the highest and best use of your time.

Free up your time to do what matters most to you.  This can be by doing more deals or spending time with your family.  Whatever you want.  The cost is minimal.
