There are three main reasons that a home doesn’t sell within three months at this time. Two are avoidable and I can solve the third one. The number one reason by far is not listing the home at a price that will bring in the maximum number of highly qualified buyers. The second is not having a quality Virtual Tour and Photos. The third is not hiring an Experienced, Knowledgeable, Professional Local Realtor. We have been listing and selling homes since 1996. We know that reaching our fellow Realtors is the key to bringing in the most motivated and qualified buyers.

1. There are several reasons to sell your home or investment property at this time. The reasons are primarily as follows.
   Moving into a larger home with more bedrooms, a larger backyard, better schools or a better neighborhood.

   Moving closer to work or family.
3. 
   Downsizing into a smaller home with less monthly fees, maintenance or wasted space.

   Tax Benefits such as selling an investment property that you have live in three of the past five years. Contact your CPA for any tax savings information.

   Fear of the Future. Covid-19 bring fear to many and the potential for a collapse in the housing market sends shivers up many homeowners spine.

   Election 2020 - Which Party will be in control of the White-house, House of Representatives, Senate? How will the results affect the Stock Market and Housing Market?
