The end of July is upon us. The Real Estate market has been as hot as our summer has been. There is no doubt that now is the time to sell if you have been thinking of selling.  Those thinking of selling have had the most questions. What is their home worth? Should they sell now or wait until fall? It also leads to that fact, that now is the best time to buy with interest rates so low. There was 19 new single family listings last week and 21 more went under contract. SO houses are going under contract quickly. 

 

Home values are very strong, but what happens in the election, will most likely affect the market. We have buyers waiting for new listings. The election could slow sales later this year.
