Where Have All The Trees Gone???

While out looking at homes this afternoon we decided to take some photos of this community of townhomes. They decided they are going to build a wall between the townhomes and the busy new street that has been added. While that is a good idea, I cannot understand why they had to cut out ALL of the trees that had lined the backyards....couldn't they leave the trees and still build their wall? It will probably be a wood fence anyway, not a real wall. Just go around the trees. There was plenty of room.

You can see where they have cut out the trees above and in the bottom picture you can see what it used to look like ----these trees have not yet been removed, but their days are numbered!

Personally, this would be reason enough for me NOT to want to buy into this community!!!

First thing to always go are the trees. They always seem to be a problem for construction.  Such a shame.

Gene - I don't understand why people always remove all the trees - it is sad -

Terrie - Indeed, who wants to live in a treeless community??? These decisions boggle my mind!
