WILL I EVER GET THE SAND OUT OF MY SHOES ?!

Good afternoon good readers!

During my 9 day absence, I have basked in the sun, sailed a catamaran, tried to catch a shark and beach combed until I could not walk anymore!!   (not to mention, shopping and dining til i dropped)

As my family and I unpacked It occured to me that we should be careful.  I looked over my shoulder and down my street as I cautiously shook half the beach out of each towel and every shoe into my back yard!

I wondered if there is some kind of SAND POLICE  that was in hot pursuit of our undercover booty.   Is a Sand Policeman called a "SAND MAN"?

Afterall, the signs are everywhere on the beach...."ONLY TAKE ITEMS FROM THE BEACH THAT YOU BROUGHT TO THE BEACH"....."IT IS UNLAWFUL TO REMOVE ANY PLANTS OR ANIMALS FROM BEACH AREAS"

What are the chances that we have kidnapped millions of tiny living plants and animals living within the sand and carelessly baked them in the heat of the trunk of the car?   What does SAND qualify as?    Is it REAL ESTATE?  Is it alive?  WHAT is it anyway?

How does so much sand escape the beach, hitching rides on unassuming towels and flip flops and yet leaving SO MUCH of it  behind?  I mean, there was thousands and thousands of people on that beach!  I cant be the only one 'sand-lifting' !!  I refuse to believe it.

So, that brings me back to my MAIN concern....Where are those SAND POLICE any way?  Do they know where I live?  DO they have my tag number?   Are they UNDERCOVER?   Oh My!    Am I guilty of EROSION by THEFT ?!

HOW do I get rid of the evidence ?

Maria, I am starting my vacation at the beach today.  Arrive this morning.   Thought I would get in some blogging during a rain break.

Jimmy  Take your break seriously!

Have fun but dont forget that in the industry that we are in, our families and even ourSELVES get neglected!   whatever is left behind will be there when you get back or something else in its place...no sugh thing as LOST deals!
