You Never Forget Your First Home Sale!

Real Estate Broker/Owner with Gwen Fowler Real Estate, Inc 10307

Happy Thursday Y'all!

Do you remember your first home sale? The feeling of sticking the big SOLD sign in the front yard, your nerves settling as you've finally made it through closing. The excitement as you feel your career beginning to really take root!

I decided in honor of throwback thursday to share a little bit about MY very first home! It was 1987 , I had only been selling lot and land because at the time there still was alot of development going on. The home listing was a small lake house in Mountain Rest (I wish I had photos somewhere) At the time the house  sold for $29,000! Last year I heard the owner sold the home herself for $300,000! Really profitting off that investment!

Feel free to share  a little about your first  Home Closing in the Comments!

Hmm, I don't forget much anyways, but my first sale was not all that memorable, haha.  I was happy that it happened though!

Hello Gwen - I remember my first real estate transaction - representing a buyer in his purchase of his first home.   My first home sale representing a seller was a bank owned property.  While nice, it wasn't quite as exciting.

My first sale was a townhome, but i had a busy first year and learnt a lot from the mistakes I made that first year. But good to remember.
