On July 16, 2020 California Association of Realtors (C.A.R) reported that homes values gained 1.6% to the price of $325,000 in June of 2020 from price of $320,000 in May of 2020, and increased 4.8% from price of $310,000 in June of 2019. While, homes sales jumped 55.7% in June of 2020 from in May of 2020, but fell 8.0% from June of 2019 in San Bernardino County, California.
There were 2.8 months supplies of available inventory of homes in June of 2020 dropped from 4.7 months in May of 2020, and declined from 4.0 months in June of 2019. An average it took 33.0 days to sell a home June of 2020, higher from 29.0 days in May of 2020, and rose from 28.0 days in June of 2019, in San Bernardino County, California.
