One of my favorite emails you can send me sound like this one:

Dear Endre,

Congrats, my buyer has accepted your seller’s counter offer.

Kindly initial the confirmation and I think we’re good to open escrow. I added all paperwork here.

This fantastic gentle upslope lot in the Mount Washington area of Los Angeles is in Escrow. Now the hard part will be the investigations period. Once the buyer has checked out the land with his Geologist then we go to the next phase.

In the mean time if there are other buyers, this is the time to step up.
