Good way to spend the day (hiking) when it might otherwise be a pool day in Phoenix. I love that topography there!

Nature has a way of setting the earth right once again for us.  I know I can bike a couple blocks from my home to the American River Parkway, and I'm immediately put in a different mood.

Happy Monday Steffy,  We all need to get out of the house sometimes and taking a hike it a good way.

For me, 93 degrees would be a HOT hike! Years ago I attend a business conference near South Mountain, and in the evening enjoyed running some of the trails there. I remember clearly telling myself not to fall on any of the prickly cacti growing along the trail. I didn't fall, and had a fabulous time on your beautiful mounting.
