Let ME Make Your Life Easier.

Real Estate Broker/Owner with PrimeSouth Properties

Real Estate Sales Are Setting New Records.

How would you feel if you missed the current real estate boom?

I get asked on a daily basis,  "How is business?"  My answer is dependent on if they are interested in buying or selling.  Right now, we are in the midst of the largest sellers market since I have had my business, and we all know that has been a long time.

The numbers of properties on the market is at an all time low.  the numbers of buyers is at an all time high.

There is a lot of pent up demand from buyers who have been sitting inside surfing the Internet.  Interest rates are at an all time low.  It might be challenging to get a loan but I can help in that area as well.

The hot market does not help those owners who are trying to sell a home by themselves.

History has proven that these home sellers eventually might sell their home but typically do not sell it for top dollar if at all.  So if you are interested in participating in this booming makret, give me a call and we can chat.  I love talking business.

Buying or selling a home is a complex process. Let me make your life easier and help you with all of your home-related needs! Send me a message so we can get started today.

Hi Peter...buyers who negotiate with a fsbo will always deduct a full commission from the price being offered....the seller ends up with less than if they had listed with an agent...

Good message. This market is amazing, but it could flip if enough people got unfortunate forbearance programs. 2020 will be remembered as a very, very strange year.

Most FSBO properties are sold "as is" and many have flaws in construction or remodels, so, unless it's an experienced investor buyer, most homes go unsold by FSBO's. There are a few exceptions but after time, the FSBO seller will seek a Realtor to sell their property. I'm, curious about what the foreclosure landscape will look like in the near future.

I represented a buyer who purchased a FSBO this spring and thankfully...the seller knew what he was doing!  But he was an exception, most FSBO sellers have no clue as to what they are doing...and the buyer agent can end up doing the work of two pp.
