There are so many choices in today's 24 / 7 world to consume the news. The days of the morning and evening print media have become obsolete. The main stream and cable media sway so far left and right it has driven many to absorb their news online. Most of the television news outlets find their headlines via The Drudge Report, NY Times, Washington Post etc...
Many find their news online today and there is a wide range of sites to visit. The site I find very informative and includes a real estate section is Knewz.com. It provides multiple links for the same topic from a number of different publications. This way the reader can read the story from many different angles.
WhatFinger News is another popular site for breaking news head lines where you can quickly pick up a wide variety of topics.
One of my teachers years ago gave some very good advise to our class. What ever you do know what the headlines are on the front page each day so you can carry on an intelligent conversation with whom ever you meet through out the day.
