Just like the weather, the housing market in the Kansas City Metro has heated up this year. This is a snapshot of market statistics year to date as of June 30th, after the end of the 2nd quarter. Of 2020. Notice that despite a pandemic, this local market is HOT HOT HOT and prices have gone UP UP UP!
With inventory low and an average of only 48 days on the market on either side of the state line, homes are selling and closing so quickly that serious buyers need to be very decisive and act quickly and aggressively to win the bidding war.
