I sell a line of blank cards. Some of them are home or real estate related. I bundle together 6 or 12 of them and drop them off to Realtors at open houses so they can use them for their customers. They like them and then they sometimes order them from me to replenish their stock, so it serves two purposes.
The other thing I have done is a box of chocolates with an introduction letter that I leave with the receptionist at Real Estate offices. They love it! I've had them tell me I made their day!
