Units in Sierra Pointe average 1,000 square feet in size and come in 2, 3, and 4 bedroom plans and a mix of 2-story and ranch plans. Most of the units were built in the mid-1970s and while there are no garages, there are carports. Many of the units have vaulted ceilings, beamed ceilings, and open staircases. Some of the units have been completely updated while many are still in their original 70s state.
