In August of 2020, Realtytrac.com reported nationwide there were 278,781 distress properties in July of 2020 gained 4.0% from June of 2020, but fell 83.0% from July of 2019. While, one in every 15,226 properties homes were in foreclosure, and State of Delaware had the highest rate with one in every 6,417 homes in foreclosure during July of 2020. Pre-foreclosures were 28.4%, auctions were 47.3%, and REOs were 24.3%;
Pre-foreclosures down 7.2% in the July of 2020, from June of 2020, and sink 84.1% from July of 2019.
Auctions rose 5.4% in July of 2020, from June of 2020, but dropped 82.6% from July of 2019.
REOs decreased 13.6% in July of 2020, from June of 2020, and lower 80.5% from July of 2019.
