Over the past month, I've made it a personal mission to see more "good" in my environment; to pay more attention to the little things.
I think it's helping my equilibrium.
I find it's easy to get on a roller coaster of emotions - everyone seems a little more tense this season and we don't have to look far to find a reason for it....or several reasons.
So first...a shout out to Acura Service, on 22nd Street In Tucson, AZ. I got over there about 7:20 in the morning and met friendly, chatty, Rene. He listened to my concerns about the computer aspects of my Acura, and promised me updates along the way towards the oil change I came in for.
His friendliness was infectious. In talking, I discovered he was from the Midwest, and was a die-hard Bears Fan. After living 23 years in Green Bay, WI, most of you can likely guess where MY allegiance lies.
So, again, thank you to Rene for a great start to a day.
Secondly, a saw a spot of color driving to a work appointment and pulled over along our neighborhood road to see what caught my eye.
Look at this! How sweet to spread a message of joy to anyone who passes.
I hope you notice the little things this week and they bring you happiness.
