Exceptional Service or Unacceptable Service?

By
Real Estate Agent with Keller Williams Arizona Realty AZDRE #SA562433000

I would like to start an Exceptional Service Movement #ExceptionalService2020 to recognize the deserving companies -big and small, local and worldwide.

A pandemic literally stopped the world. Good companies are going out of business and companies who don't care & treat their customers like files or numbers are staying in business. Has anyone else noticed the lazy epidemic...the excuse of C VID to not do the job well?  Big bank lenders like US Bank closing when they have time, not on the negotiated close date....and NOT communicating any status, delay or progress. Just leaving families and moving vans sitting around for days, homeless. TItle companies getting snippy or not responding. And, when did sending an email over picking up the phone to deliver a critical timing message become OK....or NOT wanting to deliver bad news so a disappearing act is the way to go? How can people plan or prepare if they don't know what's happening?

Cable/internet companies acting like they're the ONLY company or that we can wait 4 weeks for internet service. Banks like Chase Bank acting as if money is not essential and they don't have to answer their phone or provide any way to get or answer questions about YOUR money. This is UNACCEPTABLE.

In an attempt to change the game and support the good companies, let’s RECOGNIZE the companies and foster some competition. So that the ones providing no customer service and treating their own customers like they don’t matter – might rethink their business practices when they start losing those customers.

I attended Disney Customer Service training when I was 19 years old and it impacted me forever. If you’re my client – you’ve noticed that we go about our business in a highly service-oriented manner. Service is TOP PRIORITY to me. If you’re one of my Vendors, you’ve had to earn it because I have high standards so kudos to you!

Today, my two #ExceptionalService2020 picks: I recognize Citi for their outstanding communication, friendliness and prompt answers. Locally, I recognize Carefree Salons & Tan and the Owner Michelle Lea for providing a safe and positive environment, communicating with clients and fighting the good fight. I appreciate you…and my stylist Taylor!

In real estate, ROC Title and our EO Jaclyn Baker works MIRACLES with a smile and a positive attitude.  John Smith of Kierland Mortgage also works miracles, attends signgings with us and jumps tall hurdles ..also with a smile!!

Jaclyn and John, We Appreciate YOU.

Take to Social Media, Tweet and hashtag your picks for companies with Exceptional Service and let's get service back! #ExceptionalService2020
