I wanted to provide a mid week update for South Riding. There are currently 10 homes for sale. 2 homes new to the market; 2 traditional sale condos. 9 homes which went active under contract or pending; 1 traditional sale condos, 3 traditional sale town homes & 5 traditional sale detached homes. 4 homes closed; 4 traditional sale detached homes. There are 6 homes coming soon. I will provide a more details in next week's Weekly Update.
