Everett.. I've been saying this for a while, trying to educate buyers. They are still holding out. I guess when the prices go up, they will have realized they should have listened to me.

Many believe we are not quite at bottom, but if someone has the money or credit to buy, it is probably a safe bet to get it now! We certainly are very close to the bottom. What little more it could drop is not significant enough to not buy if they see something they want!

It sure seems like NOW is the right time to buy. I'm not so sure that it is cheaper to buy then to rent. We have lots of condominiums with condo fees and taxes to pay.

I whole heartedly agree. It's always easy to look back and say "That was the moment" - It's much harder to recognize a "bottom" in the moment. But with prices and interest rates both down, now is definately the moment to buy!
