Looks like Italian Lemon Chicken tonight.
4 skinless chicken breasts olive oil
2 eggs, slightly beaten 1/4 lb. butter
Progresso plain bread crumbs flour
8 lemons white wine
Heat pan to 325-350 degree. Set out three pie pans - one for flour, one for eggs beaten,one for breads crumbs. Dip flour in flour, then eggs, then bread crumbs. Place chicken in heated skillet with 1/4 " of olive oil (hit) Cover. Cook 10-15 minutes until the top is soft and bottom is browned, Flip chicken, Add butter. Squeeze in lemons and add 8 oz white wine. Cover. Cook at 325 degree for 5 to 10 minutes. Reduce heat until you are ready to eat. Do some veggie and use extra oil and butter mixture with them.
