I wanted to provide a mid week update for South Riding. There are currently 5 homes for sale. 0 homes new to the market, 5 homes which went active under contract or pending; 4 traditional sale condos & 2 traditional sale town homes. 2 homes closed; 1traditional sale town homes & 1 traditional sale detached homes. There are 9 homes coming soon. I will provide a more details in next week's Weekly Update.
