Hi Everyone. A Happy Monday to you all. It seems that all Golf fans were glued to their TV sets or Internet TV watching one of the most memorable games of this year. I am also guilty of that. Low productivity due to the US Open Golf Championship. But, heck of a game.

Short Sales - A blessing or .....?
I received a call on one of my buyer's offers on a short sale. The Lender turned down the price that was offered and increased it by $25K. The area comps were in the range that the buyer had offered and was considered most reasonable. I wonder what the lender was thinking?
