Palos Verdes real estate single family home sales in the first 21 days of August 2020 are 54 homes which is an increase from the 31 Palos Verdes homes sold in the first 21 days of July and an increase from the first 21 days of August 2019 (47). (It may take an additional week for some sales to post after the actual close of escrow). The average sales price for single family Palos Verdes homes from August 1st to August 21st is $1,966,523 which is a decrease from last month’s average of $2,118,027 for this same time period and an increase from $1,819.231 last August.
In August 2020 to date, the highest priced Palos Verdes homes sold for $4,590,000 and is located in the City of Rolling Hills and had 4 bedrooms, 5 baths, and 5,604 square feet on over 5 acres. This privately situated custom home features sweeping ocean/coastline/city/mountain views, incredible motor court, four car garage, large 3-stall barn, huge corral, and pool/spa. The lowest priced Palos Verdes homes sold August 2020 to date for $1,050,000 and is located in the Los Verdes neighborhood of Rancho Palos Verdes and features 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and 1,539 square feet on a 8,241 square foot lot.
