I wanted to provide a mid week update for Stone Ridge. There are currently 3 homes for sale. 2 homes new to the market; 2 traditional sale town homes. 1 homes which went active under contract or pending; 1 traditional sale town homes. 3 homes closed; 3 traditional sale townhomes. There are 3 homes coming soon. I will provide a more details in next week's Weekly Update.
