South Riding Mid Week Update August 29, 2020 - September 2, 2020

I wanted to provide a mid week update for South Riding. There are currently 9 homes for sale.   3 homes new to the market; 1 traditional sale condos & 2 traditional detached town homes.  6 homes which went active under contract or pending; 2 traditional sale condos 3 traditional sale town homes & 1 traditional detached town homes.  3 homes closed; 2 traditional sale town homes & 1 traditional sale detached homes. There are 6 homes coming soon.  I will provide a more details in next week's Weekly Update.
