Labor Day Weekend, the End of a Sad Summer

By
Real Estate Agent with RE/MAX of Valencia (Hall of Fame) 30 year Valencia Resident BRE# 01215778

Happy Labor Day,

What a sad year for all of us. We have been forced to live life as if we were a third world nation. Masks, home-bound, no indoor eating at restaurants, small businesses going bankrupt, many businesses hanging on by a thread, hospitalizations and loss of life is hurting our American Spirit. The Stock Market and Real Estate Market remain strong.

Labor Day Weekend, just like Mother's Day, Father's Day, Memorial Day & Easter will not be as enjoyable of events as we usually enjoy. We, as Americans, will keep our eyes on the future knowing that better days are ahead of us.

Labor Day Weekend allows Buyers that are usually working an opportunity to see homes. Would you like to meet with us to discuss getting your home onto the market before the end of Summer? Traditionally the real estate market will slow down right around Halloween so you still have plenty of time to optimize your investment.

I really tried to make the best of it but haven’t really thought of it as summer. The first Covid free summer I feel like so much freedom! :)

Good morning Tony. It has been a long summer but the winter will be worse if northern cities can't figure out indoor dining. Enjoy your day!

Tony, it sure has been quite the year, and most will wait for 2020 to pass.  This Holiday weekend will be a much quieter one for sure.
