About Me

By
Real Estate Agent with HomeSmart SA561034000

My son once told me, “Dad, you’re never going to make it as a real estate agent because you’re too honest”. This statement really took me by surprise, especially coming from my 10 year old son. I knew right there and then that if this was people’s perception of Realtors, I was going to make honesty front and center on all my transactions.

In 2004 I decided to put my hospitality experience to good use and incorporate it into the real estate industry. Providing people with 5 diamond service has been in my  blood since 1993. Providing that same level of service to people involved in the purchase or sale of the biggest investment in their lives makes sense to me. This can be a very stressful time in your life so having someone you can depend on and trust is essential

My motto is “Life is beautiful”. It inspires me to achieve my personal and professional goals every day. My top three core values are integrity, respect, and loyalty. These values are the foundation of my work ethic.

Real estate has allowed me the opportunity to pursue my passion by providing buyers and sellers with the best possible service. Client satisfaction is very important to me and ensures a successful transaction from beginning to end.

Making dreams come true for happy home owners is my goal. So if you’re thinking about selling your current home or seeking the home of your dreams, call me, I will make your life beautiful.

Vinnie, it's interesting that so many Realtors think that being the best is being the most productive - having the best sales stats.  Most are totally clueless when it comes to defining what a quality real estate practice even looks like.

I totally get that since I am too nice and too honest as well, but I believe honesty will take us farther in real estate because people are more likely to stay loyal to someone that is honest.

Hello Vinnie - here's wishing you continued success at smashing misconceptions about real estate and those that practice it.   May you convince your son and those who want to align with you.
