Hello Sheila and Larry - I admit your post title mentioning Whalers Cove had me thinking of the character Jessica Fletcher(played by Angela Lansbury) in the television show Murder She Wrote.  I know that wasn't the name of the setting and she didn't live in a condo but you certainly know how to remove the mystery of Long Island real estate.  Problem solved.  Maybe in less than hour.
