In order to download the tour, the prospect enters their email address, name and phone number and Circlepix forwards this lead to the listing agent. Sometimes bogus info is entered but the majority of the time the prospects enters accurate info and I immediately contact them via their email address or with a personal phone call. A tour can be purchased for as little as $89 and showcases the listing with a thorough slideshow and virtuals of the interior and exterior of the home. I have sold many listings or secured serious buyers through this lead generation system. The lead system is free with one's tour order and has become a valuable tool in my operations plan.
