I share that I love a paper trail and don't expect you to remember all of the details that I find so riveting. So, I'll send a recap of most conversations just for the record.

In any Real Estate transaction, it's best to start with a REALTOR professional, who can help you to find mortgage or loan officers and more. MORE includes title and escrow professionals, insurance, inspectors and roofing technicians. MORE includes communicating about the many moving parts that it's my job to help simplify for you.
