Here is the most recent Chandler Housing Market Report for August 2020!
The average sales price is slightly down from last month, but the price per square foot is higher. Days on market has lowered to 36. Chandler home sales are slightly lower than in August of last year, and dropped from a July high of 445 last month. The number of new listings is higher than August of last year. The number of active listings remains lower than August of last year, but at 712, has increased from July.
 
The lack of listings continues to drive demand and home prices higher. Home values have increased an average of 10% since August of 2019. With interest rates remaining below 3.0%, there are still more buyers looking to purchase heading into the fall.
