I've never been busier since the pandemic with no open houses allowed. Why? Because now the buyers really
need us. They no longer can casually browse into one open followed by another with no "real"
agent they were working with. Using Zillow/Redfin and old open house leads I am able to show homes weekly
sometimes daily. Imagine needing a personal assistant to buy
groceries that's what we are. Kickstart your old leads. Send out an
email blast and track them then immediately follow up after they
