Susan:  I agree that web presence on the internet is very important... but why knock this Mike Ferry group ?  If participating in this training group helps some agents... why shouldn't they do it ?  If you are on your own website, and don't know what you are doing otherwise... what's the point ?  I think you are being a little too harsh on them.  Do your thing, let them do theirs.

Hi Susan - It's funny that there are agent swho don't know what a blog is.  Meanwhile, I feel like I am falling behind when I don't blog everyday and work on SEO items.  In Temecula and surrounding areas, if you don't know how to work the REO and Short Sale deals you will get left behind.  I have a buyer looking in Murrieta and I see a ton of Rancon signs out there off the 15.  Good luck!!
