Blueberry cheesecake is a famous tasty dessert that has a tart flavor of blueberries together with a crunchy biscuit base and a creamy filling. 3 PORTIONS OF A BLUEBERRY CHEESECAKE
The Base. This is usually made from crushed biscuits mixed with melted butter. You can use any types of biscuits but most people prefer the digestive ones. You can also try using ginger biscuits to add some spice or maybe out biscuits if you want your cheesecake to be a little crunchy.
The Filling. For a delicious creamy flavor, you can use decadent mascarpone cheese mixed with cream or you can also go for healthy low fat.
The Topping. Your toppings can be made from fresh fruit cooked with sugar or you can choose using canned blueberries.
HOW TO MAKE IT

Crackers
Melted butter
Cream cheese
Blueberries
Sour cream
Flour
Eggs

LET’S DO IT!!
For the base, you will be needing your favorite crackers (any type will do) and melted butter. Crackdown your crackers into tiny bits, mix with butter then press into the cake pan.
For the filling, mix the flour, eggs, sour cream, cream cheese, and sugar all together in a bowl. After that, pour the mixture into the crust then bake.
And finally for the blueberry sauce. Cook some of the blueberries with sugar, lemon, and vanilla to create a vibrant purple sauce. Stir in the cornstarch until it thickens, then mix it up with the blueberries.
