Not every day is filled with momentous celebrations. However there are three interesting things that happened on September 23.
In 1962, the cartoon depicting the work, family and lifestyle of people of the future debuted: The Jetsons. (Some people are still waiting for Rosie the Robot to be available.)
In 1846, the planet Neptune was discovered. (Sadly for Neptune, it was later downgraded from planet status.)
September 23 is always the last day of Constitution Week.
September is also Alcohol and Drug Addiction Recovery Month, Infant Mortality Awareness Month, Cholesterol Education Month and School Success Month.
