The best method of marketing is “target marketing.” Knowing your target and pursuing that goal is a plan that works efficiently.

Marketing is expensive, and the degree of effectiveness and value will depend upon your grasp of market conditions, your ingenuity and expertise with preparing marketing materials.

Understand what you are marketing, and test your target. There may be multiple targets. Determining your target is not an exact science. The greatest variable is opinion. Real estate marketing is not “one and done.” It’s test this, and try that!!

When nothing works, keep on working it. Once your phone rings, you’ll file that in your memory bank for future use. Marketing real estate is a hit or miss business, but when you hit you’ll use it again in the future. You’ll understand how to market that entity.

Just another thought for the moment…..

Good morning Roy. Barbara Todaro nailed it. If the target is too big people don't get it. Sometimes you are too close the the forest to see the trees. Enjoy your day!
